Your digitalcoin cabinet

Coin collection catalogue software: describe, value and locate your coins in one place. The AI scanner reads photos of the obverse and reverse and drafts the description — you decide what goes into your collection.

Features

Everything a collector needs

From the first photo, through description and valuation, to the place in your safe and a printable report.

The AI scanner reads coin photos

Upload the obverse and reverse (or paste an auction link). The AI proposes a description and flags the fields it is unsure about — the decision is always yours.

Collection completeness

Every collection shows how many positions you already have and how many you are still looking for. Wanted coins go to a separate list with target prices.

30+ description fields

Ruler, mint, edge, weight, diameter, catalogues (Krause, Parchimowicz, Kopicki), condition and rarity scales, NGC/PCGS slab, provenance.

Valuation and profit

Purchase price, valuation history and unrealised profit or loss. See what your collection is really worth.

A place in your safe

Room, safe, drawer, album, page — you always know where each coin is kept.

PDF reports and labels

Inventory, collection value, coin cards and printable labels. Add a QR code to each coin that leads to its public card.

Sharing on your terms

Show a coin or a whole collection to friends with a link. You can hide prices and storage location and withdraw the sharing in a second.

How it works

From photo to catalogue in three steps

  1. 1. Take photos

The obverse and reverse of the coin — from a phone or a camera. You can also paste an auction link.

  2. 2. AI fills in the description

The scanner proposes country, year, metal, grade and catalogue number. Doubtful fields are flagged and nothing is saved automatically.

  3. 3. Confirm and manage

Correct what is needed, assign a collection and a place in your safe. Completeness and collection value are calculated for you.

Catalogue

A catalogue that looks like your collection

Coin cards that flip obverse → reverse, filters by country, metal, ruler and grade. Click to open the full coin dossier.

  • Tabs: identification, technical data, obverse and reverse, condition, finances, provenance
  • Obverse and reverse photos with zoom and brightness correction
  • Ranks and achievements for growing your collection

Privacy and control

Your collection, your rules

A coin collection is often valuable property. That is why you decide who sees it and what happens to it.

Your collection is yours alone

By default nobody but you can see your coins. You share them only with a link, when you want to — with prices and location hidden.

Export at any time

A full JSON backup, a CSV list and PDF reports. You can always take your data with you.

Delete your account in one click

In Settings you delete the account together with your collections and photos. No requests, no waiting.

Photos without a trace

Before sending them to the AI scanner we strip their metadata — GPS location and camera data.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is NumiStack?

A digital catalogue for coin collectors: you keep collections, describe coins (over 30 numismatic parameters), add obverse and reverse photos, track the value of your holdings and a wishlist of coins you are looking for.

How does the AI scanner work and can I trust it?

You upload photos of a coin and the AI suggests an identification and a description. These are helper suggestions — always check them before saving. The AI does not confirm authenticity and does not replace an expert appraisal.

What does the “completed” percentage on a collection tile mean?

It is the completeness of the collection: the share of coins you own out of all positions in the collection. Coins with the status “Wanted” are not counted. Example: 100 positions, 2 of them wanted = 98%.

How do I mark a coin as wanted?

Set the status “Wanted” in the coin form, or select several coins on the list and use “Change status…”. By default they then go to the “Wanted” catalogue (you can turn this off in Settings).

Can I import a coin from an auction listing?

Yes. In the add-coin window paste a link to the auction or use the browser bookmarklet from the import section — the data and photos are proposed to fill in the form.
